Fabricio Vilela Coelho is an attorney and Industrial Property Agent with over 20 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. He was the managing partner of VilelaCoelho Advogados for more than 15 years, assisting domestic and international clients on a wide range of trademark, patent, and strategic litigation matters, with a strong focus on the consumer goods, technology, and pharmaceutical industries.
Fabricio earned his Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo in 2004 and completed a postgraduate program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo between 2006 and 2008. He also holds a degree in Software Development and Data Analysis from Laureate International.
He has been and continues to be an active member of several national and international Intellectual Property associations (OAB, ASPI, ABPI, ASIPI, INTA, APAA). He regularly takes part in industry conferences and is currently a member of the Brands and Innovation Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). Júlia Bessa Sanzi is a lawyer with solid experience in strategic civil litigation, with a focus on digital law, intellectual property, and privacy and data protection. She has been part of renowned specialized law firms, advising national and multinational companies, particularly in the technology sector.
