Gabriel is a partner of the office and patent counsel with extensive and in-depth experience in the patent field.
He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Federal Fluminense (UFF) and is currently studying Law at Anhanguera Educational College. Additionally, he has two MBAs focused on project and people management, as well as several courses in industrial property.
His practice is distinguished by excellence in handling patent applications before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) and providing technical support in complex litigation, particularly in cases involving standard-essential patents (SEP).
He assists a wide range of national and international clients, offering strategic solutions based on his deep knowledge of the Industrial Property Law, key intellectual property treaties, and the interpretation adopted by INPI. His interest in interdisciplinarity drives his continuous pursuit of technical and legal improvement, ensuring the integration of new approaches and strategies into his expertise, always aiming to deliver the best solutions to clients.

Pablo Torquato is a lawyer with expertise in the area of Intellectual Property Contracts. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property and is part of the Contracts and Licensing team.
Pablo has previous experience both in law office and as an in-house lawyer company in the area of Contracts. Among the contracts presented by clients are those related to the licensing of content, trademarks, patents, know-how, franchise and other copyrights.
He is currently the coordinator of the Technology Transfer and Franchising Commission of ABPI (Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property) since 2024 and reappointed for 2026-2027 and Communications and Events Director of Licensing Executives Society Brazil (LES Brasil) since 2024 and reappointed for 2026-2027.
