Vicente is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience as both in-house and external counsel, with a focus on Technology, Intellectual Property, and Litigation. He is the co-coordinator of the firm’s Complex Litigation team, advising on IP-related matters and representing clients before Brazilian courts.
He provides legal counsel to companies across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer goods, entertainment, advertising, sports, automotive, agribusiness, banking, and retail. His expertise spans a variety of legal areas, such as patents, regulatory matters, food and drug law, unfair competition, trademarks, copyrights, digital law, privacy, advertising law, media and marketing rights, consumer relations, complex litigation, and contracts.
As in-house counsel, Vicente played a key role in delivering the legal framework necessary for the organization of major sports event in Brazil, contributing to the drafting of legislation and engaging with authorities at the municipal, state, and federal levels, as well as with the media.
