The committee has the objective to identify, monitor, study and recommend IPO positions regarding intellectual property acquisition, licensing and enforcement issues in Latin America with emphasis on Brazil.
This committee will also study and report on issues relating to Latin American antitrust and competition laws impacting intellectual property owners.
