Bruno Martinez y Pell is a lawyer, Industrial Property Agent, and partner at Montaury Pimenta, Machado & Vieira de Mello. He has been working in the Intellectual Property field since 1998 advising clients, especially in the areas of trademarks, litigation, and copyright. Before joining the firm in 2023, Bruno was a partner at Martinez & Associados.

Bruno is a member of ABPI (Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property), ABAPI (Association of Industrial Property Agents), ASPI (São Paulo Association of Intellectual Property), INTA (International Trademark Association), ASIPI (Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property) and PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trademarks Group).

Bruno has taken several courses before the aforementioned associations in trademark, copyright, and technology transfer matters and has lectured and mediated both at ASIPI (Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property) and at IPBA (The Inter-Pacific Bar Association) on matters of Traditional Knowledge Protection.
