David Fernando Rodrigues is a lawyer and a data processing technician with more than 16 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Digital Law, focused on infringement combat actions and anti-counterfeiting programs.
David has a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property (São Paulo Bar Association), in Systemic Intervention (São Paulo State University – UNIFESP) and in Technology Information Law (University of São Paulo - POLI/USP).
Furthermore, David is vice-coordinator of the Repression of Infringements and Anti-Counterfeiting Commission from the Intellectual Property Brazilian Association (ABPI), serving for two periods as Editorial Director, and currently is the Communication and Marketing Director from the São Paulo Intellectual Property Association (ASPI), member of the Intellectual Property and Data Privacy and Protection Commission of the São Paulo Bar Association, and also author of several legal articles and professor in specialization programs in this area.

Diana has been working in the Intellectual Property area since 2004, with experience in administrative litigation, advisory and strategic management involving brands from various segments such as food and beverage and cosmetics. Her practice involves all procedures for registration of trademarks before the BPTO, administrative petitions, as well as strategic analysis for complex trademark issues.
Diana Diana was appointed Attorney Assistant Director of of the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents – ABAPI and was the Coordinator of the Committee of Trademark Studies of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association – ABPI (2014-2021).
