Claudia is a lawyer and an industrial property agent, practicing since 1991. She leads the Foreign Relations Department team at the firm. Her practice focuses on providing strategic advice to clients regarding the protection, maintenance, and management of IP portfolios in other jurisdictions.
She actively participates in numerous IP associations, such as INTA (International Trademark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). Claudia is a member of INTA’s Geographical Indications Committee and serves on AIPPI’s Industrial Design and Membership Committees. Additionally, within AIPPI, she acts as the Brazilian delegate for the national group of ABPI (Brazilian IP Association).
At the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association – ABPI, Claudia is one of the coordinators of the Geographical Indications Committee and serves as a panelist at the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center.
