Practicing IP Law Since 1991, Claudia Maria Zeraik leads the team dealing with foreign affairs at the firm. Her practice focuses on providing strategic advice on protecting, maintaining and enforcing client IP portfolios in other jurisdictions.

Claudia actively participates in a wide number of IP associations, such as INTA (International Trademark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). Claudia is a member of the Geographical Indications Committee of INTA and Membership Committee of AIPPI.

She is also panelist at ABPI’s Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Centre for domain name disputes.
