Isabella Aguiar Reis joined the Montaury law firm as an intern in 2020, became a paralegal in 2022 and an attorney and partner in 2023.

She graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in February 2023 and is currently a postgraduate student in Intellectual Property Law (PUC-Rio).
