Senado adia lei de proteção de dados por causa do coronavírus

Last week, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to be addressed, the Brazilian Senate postponed the entry into force of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law to January 2021. Administrative penalties were also postponed and would be enforceable as of August 2021.
