Brazil and South Korea Sign Cooperation Agreement on Industrial Property
On Tuesday, July 9, the president of the Brazilian Patent and Trademark office (BPTO), Julio Cesar Moreira, and the commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), Wan Ki Kim, signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation between the two institutions on industrial property issues.
The agreement was signed in Geneva, Switzerland, during the General Assembly of the World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO and is valid for five years.
